There is no information on who exactly wrote it, but it's possible she goes by Hovevot Zion. This seems highly unlikely since that's not even a name. This song was written by someone who is practically unknown anywhere except Israel. It's almost impossible to find a name. Try a wikipedia search of Boten Anna and maybe you can find out.
