From what I read years later on the internet, she later recanted the implication, saying it was just 2 pals sleeping in the same bed after partying. Then she wrote a biography in which she claimed the 2 were probably sexually involved. Her inconsistent testimony is clearly not reliable.

I love Bowie, and I usually prefer him to Nirvana, but I think that for this specific song, Nirvana's cover is better than the original. It has a strenght, a desperation and an intensity that I don't find in Bowie's original version. Both artists are great, though I actually prefer Bowie. He's a musical and business genius!

@bollhane It's something to do with the matrix number printed on the sleeve, but the cover is just plain white with gold lettering. I am in no way an expert though, I'd try and find a collector or shop to have a look for you. Vinyl Exchange in Manchester if you live anywhere near there... Or somewhere similar.
