I heard this song on Sirius radio when I was driving to the hospital where my Dad was admitted from complications of Parkinson's Disease and dementia. He's been battling further complications for a month. He is our sunshine. When I first heard the song, tears were streaming down my face to the point that I nearly had to pull the car over. It still grips me, and tears do well, but I also find strength in it. Thank you.
This song is the the love of a mother to her child....it is what I hear the first time I listen to it. I try to sing it but it chokes me up every time. Hope one day I can sing this to my children without crying.
