Hi what a warm human story, God moves in his own way, I must say I have met many wonderful priests and some who I was not too enamored of ,but never came across any abuse, tho' the Brothers were another story, they could beat the living daylights out of you without a second thought.Sin amach do lamh.

As far as confessions go, We can come boldly to the throne of grace. The only way to the Father is through the Son. Jesus is our "high priest" and we confess to the Father, in Jesus name. Read youre bible, It states it plainly. King James .

Well, God bless him. But you can get married and still be a priest unto God. Paul the apostle had a wife, so did a couple others.Pureness and Holiness comes from the heart, not from abstanence....all a work of the Holy Spirit and not of physical and mental assent.
