  • I drink a generous amount of water daily but when I go to expel urine it is always dark colored and has a strong smell to it.....should I see a doctor about this?

  • cups as in the measurement or like the cups you drink out of?

  • wait wait....I'm wrong....you have....crabs!

I am also know as the blue bomber I can shoot the legs off Jeffery dahmer!

Kill a robot fish, Kill a robot frog, and then I ride off on my robot dog....

    MEGGGGAAAAAAAMAAAAANMMEEGAMAN 3!

So correct me if I am wrong...

  • what is a cup

  • Those 10 cups are the TOTAL amount you should have, not on top of what you consume anyway. Also, the water in food, juices etc. count toward that total as well.

  • I am a physique athlete. The american academy of medicine reccoments a minimum of 1 gallon of water a day for heavy exersising people. This is from mens health. Most physique athletes drink between 1.5 and 2 gallons of water a day. Hydration, carbs and salt fill the muscle tissues and make them fuller and more dense. Hyperhydration before a workout has be shown to improve athletic performance.

  • @superpolishpower uhhh.... wrong lol water is used in chemical reactions throughout the body, carbs are what your brain uses to function, and salt is used in part to store and produce collagen. protein is used in the maintainence of tissues in the body. also, if you consume too much water before you exercise, you can cramp, and lose potassium in your muscles, causing distral and saccaride depletion pwned. HL1L

  • I want your tits

  • Eg ''we breath out water, this is one of the things water is used for''. Thats false, water is excreted after its been used for metabolic reactions in the body, one of the ways this is done is through our lungs.

Essentially she may have skipped over the details but by doing so shes providing bad information

  • Just for people reading ''licensed nutritionist'' there sorta isn't any such thing. There are organisations to try advise people towards qualified nutritionists but realistically anybody can legally call themselves a licensed nutritionist (i'm sure many are aware of the many fake chinese medicine stores)

  • You're supposed to drink about 64 oz per day:)

  • 8 to 10 cups!!! wthell in liters!

  • dam you are fine

  • just drink when your thirsty. duh

  • You should be drinking half your body weight of pure water within the first 4 hours you awake everyday. This will help you stay energized and clear. A nutritious fruit or blend of dense food should be eaten as well. I drink about 32 oz of water every morning. It comes out to be about 50 oz, more or less a day, depending on if I workout.

  • oh shut up!@!

  • This water reccomendation is wrong.. Its bodyweight/2. If you weigh more you drink more... That would be like telling someone that weighs 90lbs to drink as much as someone who weights 250lbs.... Completely wrong...

  • @superpolishpower how much cups of water should i take if i weigh 150 :O? 150/2 is 75 then what >.>? jw :\

  • i drink at least two cans of pepsi a day and I am trying to lose weight...i have tried eatng less fattening foods....could me drinking two cans of pop a day be a reason for me not being able to lose weight?

  • yeah you have to drink sport drinks and lots water specially if your in the sun and working out

  • I use to have soda every other day. I quit drinking soda for two weeks & I lost 9 lbs. Drinking soda is not helping you lose weight at all! It's ruff quiting because it gives you a headache sometimes. Good luck :)

  • Are you a douchebag... You need to clean up your diet if you expect to be in good shape.. And join a gym and workout reglarly.. If you drinking alot of pop a day apprently you don't know much about health.. Get yourself educted on good health, good nutrition, and fitness...

  • yes, it is the reason why you cant lose weight because soda has a ton of sugar in it.

    and sugar turns into fat.

so you should definetly try lowering the amount of soda you have to maybe once a week,

    or even once a month.

  • so water is kinda like energy?
