2D animations in TVPaint Animation

Just a question, but is it possible to do 3D in TVPaint?

please can you tell me how did you do that his mouth is mooving while and his body stay in the same position, i mean you didnt't draw the body many times, but you drawn the mouth a few times, and if you draw many frames, his bodies lines should moove a little because you cant draw the same for 10times please help how did u do... sry for my english ...

Don't get TVPaint unless you're really good at painting digitally or traditionally. Yes the ability to draw is still a requirement but I recommend knowing how to paint to really get the most out of this animation software.
