Their "free" internet is only 'till Dec 2011. I tried the ZTE Blade which the Netphone is, it isn't really that great.

At least it's better than Globe's Cloudfone.

i actually have the globe samsung galaxy ace.. ive been using it na for 5 months no complaints so far.. ok ang internet. . 1500 lang permonth not bad.. .. its prepaid no hidden charges.. ..

its not really free internet.. if you check their website.. merong plan and subscriptions on net for a day or a month.. so maliwanag na panloloko ang sabihin na free ang net nito... kung matalino kang consumer and a tech guy.. you will not be deceived by commercials only...

luma na palang model itong smart netphone.. nadiscover ko sa gsmarena.com.. November 2010 pa pala sya nirelease at ang original model name nya ay ZTE Blade.. so almost a year na ang nakalipas bago ilabas ng Smart as Netphone 701... bili na lang kayo ng ibang mas latest na android phone..

Some android phones are below 10k. The cheapest one I saw was around 7k. The commercial was too good to be true, we'll see if this one can compete with android and iPhone but I doubt it.

Battery life? Usability of this phone will rely on Battery Life. If the battery only lasts up to 5-6hrs with internet always on...then just scrap it.

No Battery = No Use

Short Battery Life = Limited Usage (you'd always be conscious how much batt you'll have at the latter half of the day.)
