But what you cannot do is claim that it is without merit. To understand the cataclysm of change we now see in the US Presidency. 1.Diplomatic effort towards multilateralism, moving away from unilateralism.

2.Reaching out and strengthening the bonds between religions.

3.Work against proliferation of nuclear arms. US-Russia in special context.

According to the ceasefire, Hussein had to let in weapons inspectors at all times. There were times when Hussein didn't let them in, so he violated the ceasefire.

The one thing that Bush did wrong was not having an exit strategy. Had the war gone well (and he hadn't screwed up on Hurricane Katrina), Bush's approval rating would have been much higher.
