u can use the healing spells because its not a weapon ad it doesnt harm ur enemy so if u want u can :D

Yeah I would say anything aggressive or does damage besides fists is cheating. e.g Marked for Death shout is bad, bit restoration/invisibility etc is good.

the way i see it, anything that does damage other than your fist is cheating, (also conjuring things) but shields restoration spells a ect are fine.
