@nakosN77 in original Arthurian legend, Merlin speaks of a prophecy to King Vortigern of a red and white dragon at war with one another beneath the foundation of Vortigern's tower, weakening it. It is said that when the dragons are released from the ground the white dragon kills the red dragon and then, in turn, dies and the tower crumbles. It is supposed to represent Vortigern and his enemies. It doubles, however, as a prophecy of Arthur the red and Mordred the white and the fall of Camelot.
