the thing with snake bite piercings is that if there done profesionally there should be little or no pain from the piercing.

it is also preferable you use a non venomus snake to deliver the bite. a cobra found in a tesco bin will not do.

@FrozenSoul823 getting you lip pierced doesn't feel like getting your ears pierced at all. For me, it was way more painful. It feels like a pinch, and you can actually feel the needle go through your lip the whole way. During this process, it feels like a burn. Then at the end, you feel another little pinch which is the needle coming out of the other end. Personally, my ears were a 4 on a "pain scale" of 1-10. My lip was a 7 out of 10. It also hurts for days after unlike your ears.
