  • Could someone please post the chords for this song?

  • Way to carry on, son! Your dad meant a lot to me! I can hear his music flowing right through you!!

  • wow, I never knew about AJ before. I love his Dad's music, and his son (is that right ?) is doing a great job !

  • just "discovering" A.J. This song puts me in mind of Bob Dylan - something about the phrasing...I like it, a lot.

  • shes hot

  • Can we just take people in without judging them for their appearance so much? This current generation is so superficial, small minded. The same people you claim to appreciate for being so "great" were also not perfectly beautiful. Stop being so damn nasty to people.

I'm a so-called "jaded" Gen-Xr. But even I can read the hostess' eyes. She spends enough time crying.

So STFU. Leave people the fuck alone sometimes. And don't fucking thumbs up me. I DO NOT REQUIRE your approval.

  • he is his father's son...he isn't his father...so compare the two but not too hard...I like this guys sound...i do miss Jim though

  • The Croce's are talented. And yes....highway girl...seemed pretty high to me. lol

  • Yep, I am creeped, lol

  • he looks like his dad.

  • Getting better all the time. Love the style, good lyrics, good guitar. NICE

  • Getting better all the time. Love the style, good lyrics, good guitar. NICE

  • Great song... like much better than a lot of his other stuff. Huge fan of Jim, can not really compare the 2. Different styles, different music, different messages. Really enjoyed this song

  • Yer doin super AJ! He is Lovin ye each day! bless yer songs! thank you for your super songs!!! ♥♥

  • I grew up listening to Jim, so I'm still partial to him...

  • Dad by a mile....still I'm sure dad is proud....

  • Was this the little kid who appeared on one of the Croce album covers?

  • @lobbert8 I was creeped. I actually exited the video comments to see if aj was actually in the video or if that chick was just scaling YouTube to get subscribers. Singing gets 5 stars creepy chick gets -1 star

  • You sound great A.J. I look forward to hearing more of your tunes!

  • He's got some talent, good singer,

I'm not sure he has his Dad's storytelling

ability as a writer, but there we are again

    comparing.

  • This version is better than the album version. I actually don't care for his stuff that he's released, but if he'd continue to play like this it would be spectacular

  • sure a dad and son can be compared....Tony Dorsett had a football player son who wasn't as good...Dylans son aign no Bob...greatness is not always carried on by son nor daughter....did Liza live up to her mom hunh!...Judy Garland sirs....

  • And sometimes the child surpasses the parent. A good example is Jeff Buckley. He was so much better than Tim, but both were excellent!

  • He is a great artist. Yes, he is the son of Jim croce, but he can't be compared. It's like apples and oranges. A.J. is his own man, and although his dad was talented, he still can't be compared.

  • Truthfully, I think A.J. has more musical talent than Jim did. A.J. has many different styles and masters each of them with ease. His Dad would be proud at the continuation and expansion of his musical legacy.

  • I believe the same thing. I'm a huge A.J. fan. My dad liked father alot, but I like A.J. I guess it's just my preference.

  • The 3 saddest deaths of music:

    1) Brad Delp - Boston

    2) Jim Croce

    3) John Bonham.

    RIP

  • brad delp? come on, he was great but the other two died in their prime or close to their prime.

I would say Bonn Scott, Graham Parsons, Nick Drake.

  • @StephenHardyMusic You forgot Ronnie Van Zandt and Buddy Holly.

  • sing thursday?

  • why sure he is.

  • he's not as good as Jim...

  • who is?

  • The apple doesn't fall far from the tree. Great song from a very talented artist.

  • What's the name of this song?

  • The name is Once Again

  • I'm sure his father is very proud.

  • dash - I'm sure he is too

  • @Dash171 yes

  • He is A.J Jim and Muray, all rolled into one.... thank you Jax252000

  • wow !

    FAVORITED

  • He is so much like his dad, and yet so talented in his own original way..this is REAL music, and it's not that often heard these days.

  • AJ is such a great jazz/blues artist. Why in heavens name is he not on everyone's list for great music? Been listening to him for more than a decade, very hard to find anything ... guess it must not be his first passion, or he's got a crap promoter :[

  • I had no idea Jim had a son that succeeded him! He's great. I can't wait to research A.J. I think I'm a new fan!

  • I'm in the same boat. Big Jim fan but had no idea about A.J. until a couple weeks ago. This song sounds great.

  • why is that woman there, i thought this was an info mercial once she was off aj was good

  • Come on A.j, do some dad songs.. pls... you could be a super star.. !!!!

  • I don't think A.J. cares about being a super star. I think he should be recognized on his own merits. Your generation was lucky to have Jim. Now, we are lucky to have A.J. Plus, I don't think he wants to make money by singing his Dad's songs.

BTW, I have seen your music and you are very talented.

  • You are so right, we were lucky to have Jim and his music, I sometimes get caught up with just jims., ya have open my eyes, and my ear ,, and thanks for your comment on my music,, now if i put, jims.and a,j.'s in my soul.. stand back!...

  • I bet you would be an even bigger hit. You already seem to influence alot of people. And yes, you are VERY talented. But I know what It's like to be nostalgic. No matter what anyone says, we all have it. I am a big A.J. fan, so he is gonna stick in my mind for the rest of my life. Same with you and Jim.

P.S. is it just me, or does he strongly look very much like his dad?

  • Thank yu again, jax. and thanks for opening my eyes on A.j I still see him as a 2 year old running on the farm with Jim,, now I must see him as a man and as a musician, and he so does look like his dad.... I will be getting cd. of A.j. and ya know, what. I think I just felt Jim smile....

  • im sad for aj,his dad died before he really got to know him
