the game has no end. Dont play it until they release an ending. Or you will be left totally disappointed. The TLJ series are like almost reaching an orgasm & you never com. It is so frustrating. Despite this, TLJ is the best adventure game ever created imo.

I think this game has the BEST story among the games that came out between the years 2000 - 2009 (and I know this games story beat alot of games from 2010's stories too!!!)

i just posted a comment saying i need to know the first games plot, setting, what its about, and i need to know all the background of all characters this newer "Dreamfall: Longest Journey"..game and pretty much most of the characters backgrounds, even the special cameo ones, like the wizard u know in the ghetto. that max 59 guy further down the comment board helped, but i need to know more. more like, exactly who and where these characters came from. how did Zoe's mom die? things like that......

i would also like to point out that i was looking into some old games, and shemue came first to mind, then i thought of dreamfall, and also yakuza 1 and 2, Oddworld:Strangers Wrath,

(and i've been looking for the original street fighter), so yeah shenmue, and dreamfall, both fantastic games, and though i cant remember anything much of shenmue,(except moving crates and playing as a japanese dude), its an awesome games that resembles dreamfall somehow...i dont have the exp to know yet.

Why do they insist on improvising these reviews, it's unprofessional, it's inefficient, it's often uninformative, they speak colloquially way too much, this guy in particular stutters too much, and for me it's all just too irritating.

I find it rather refreshing.

The fact that he has to improvise means he has had no time to sort, edit and catalog his views on and perception of the game.

This means that from what he's saying you are better able to deduce what he REALLY feels about this game, and the impact it has made on him.

Seeing as this game is more about story and making you feel immensed in it I believe an improvised review like this is more relevant than a scripted, edited and categorized one.

D1vaR1va: This is an adventure game, not action RPGs like any of what you mentioned. Dreamfall could very well be a movie, but its a game instead. The medium allows for a slower more detailed look through each environment and character interaction. The closest thing I could compare it to is Persona 4...which is more like an interactive anime than an RPG. Dreamfall is unquestionably worth your time if you want a great story and some of the best voice acting in any game ever. Works on 360 as well.

Main thing I really want in this game to be better are...

1. First Person view mode like Zelda

2. Ability to cycle through the green targets instead of facing them which can be cumbersome with multiple items next to each other. The look mode doesn't help.

I have the game...played it 3 times and i never get bored,game is fantastic...really long,and it,s very hard in some parts,but very fun...great music,great graphic,mini-games,and you change roles(not to mention changing worlds).
