I wish I had your life! My dream is to have a little land in the south of France, and make wine, essential oils, soap, and all kinds of natural things. I also want to have a cow for fresh organic milk every day :)
@BelleDiamond Sorry if this sounds mean, but organic milk straight from the cow would be unwise. There are natural ways to pasteurize the milk. Unpasteurized milk would be like drinking water straight from a strange spring without distilling or examining it first. :)
@itachi1303 You would boil the milk when you have your own cow. It does change the taste slightly, but I don't know any other way of ensuring that any bad bacteria is not present. Is there another method?
@BelleDiamond Essentially that's what you should do. I don't have any other method's coming off the top of my head though, I'm no expert on the subject.
