How did u get the white flashes and the high speed colours???

to get the white flashes i used fade in to white and fade out to white. to get the colorful clips fast i just took athe long clip i wanted to use and split it up really small

id depends on where u go to get the clips but from pro stallions all i did was right click them and save them to my pictures. for gettyimages u need a converter but i just used a trial.
