I understand their concern about us losing our sovereignty, but on environmental issues to get anything done on a global scale we have to work out a coordinated plan with other countries. So I guess on that point I'm skeptical of Beck and Paul's view.

If you look at the facts, you'll notice humans have a nominal effect on "climate change". First of all, water vapor causes 95% of global warming, and humans create less that 0.001% of water vapor. Almost all of the remaining 5% of global warming caused by "greenhouse gases" is caused by CO2. However, humans only produce 3% of the CO2 each year. That's right, 97% of the CO2 produced each year is from a natural cause. Do the math yourself.

He gave Dr. Paul a chance to give his views for an hour and set the record straight on his views, both for the regular viewer as well as the wacko people who try to attribute stances to Dr. Paul contrary to his beliefs (i.e. the 9/11 Truthers)...why the hate? You may not agree with Mr. Beck's principles, but he does put a lot of research and thought into his program and I've found him very fair and consistent.

He tried early on Part 1 to catch Paul about the "domestic

terrorists" thing. You'll catch it if you watch closely. He was trying to led into the RP supporters = terrorists bit. However, RP was actually quite unaware of what Glen was doing.

I respectfully disagree that that piece was meant to lead into the Paul supporters=terrorists topic, as Mr. Beck would certainly agree there are enemies domestic. Anyway, overall I think it was a great hour and I certainly feel like I understand Dr. Paul's positions (both ones I agree & disagree with) better now and have greater respect for him.

where was the question regarding eliminating the FBI/CIA? Ron's position on that is really not eliminating completely, but limiting. the CIA does a whole lot they shouldn't, and even those people in Congress have trouble finding out exactly what is going on. having some oversight would go a long way.
