Why I strongly support The Employee Free Choice Act is the from the you get enough cards signed to get a vote till time to get a vote usually three to six weeks. The employer has this time to have mandatory company meetings to tell so many lies about how bad the Union is you wouldnt let your worst enemy join. But the company would have you believe they have your best interest at heart.

Cont. The company only wants you for one thing and thats to make them a profit and the less they have to give to the employees the more profit for those at the top.

EMPLOYERS aren't worried about being able to afford to pay all of their employees higher wages - they are WORRIED that they might have to pay their employees a fair and decent wage leaving a little bit less for themselves - the DISGUSTING THING is these people at the top make SO much many.

In a country in which a company's CEO can make tens or hundreds of millions of dollars a year they can pay workers more - ACCEPT NOTHING LESS.

How many people do you know...who you didn't know who they voted for..for Prez?....What the hell is the deal with being so secret about your feelings and leanings? The card-check provision is the most controversial and unnecessary provision of this Act. Do away with card-check but pass the other two provisions of this bill, specifically increased penalties for violations. As a result, the organizing process and the election process will remain intact. This alone will change the face of American labor law. Illegal employer actions designed to derail organizing or the election process will come to and end when faced with increased penalties.

If you "used to love America", then don't worry about it. Go to China and see how much better it is there. We are trying to organize our shop, and the employerr is strong arming us, and there is no repercussions for him. No one can bully you. Get some balls and speak your mind to your co-workers. If the majority want a union, then guess what? YOU are in a union ! I have heard the cheap assholes say, I don't wanna pay $8 a week in dues. That $8 is well worth the benefits of being in a union.

This is fraud! This bill will allow my co-workers to bully me and others into voting for what they want. We've got the right to form a union now. We have fair pay and good working conditions. When we vote now its secret ballot and we can vote our mind without pressure! If this passes I know guys will do a lot of arm twisting. Then we'll pay more dues and jeopardize our good jobs. Please don't support this lie and send my job to China! I want to work in the USA!
