  • Great review. I sure wouldn't bet my life on a Ruger semi auto. Thanks !

  • Sorry to comment on such an old video, but you can use the magazine to field strip the LCP... so technically no tools needed.

Great vid considering it is not even yours, thx.

  • @LbrtyNJustice4All awesome i contemplated getting the bodyguard but i decided to get the lcp instead decent gun but just to small for me. im going to stick with my glock 17 for ccw

  • i own one and love it... just not shooting it. im a big guy with big hands and its extremly hard to hold on to. and i noticed 7 0 clock trigger pull but once you get used to it isnt bad. my gf hates it prefers the glock 17 as do i great review liked and subscribed

  • @MrTacticalwolf Thanks~I'm glad I got a chance to review this one. It feels great in my hand, but after I shot it I realized I'd be a bit more comfortable with something else. I've got my eye on a S&W Bodyguard. When I get it, I'll be sure to post a vid!

  • thanks ,good info-my wife is looking for a carry gun

  • did you have trouble with the LCP trigger pull when you first got this? I brought a female friend with me to the range and she has a hell of a time with the long trigger pull.

Note: The firearm is my carry piece, I'm just wondering.

  • Mine came with a 2nd magazine, but apparently thats not the norm.

I also paid 325 for it.

  • @shortylickens69 Yeah, I've heard there are some dealers/shows where you can grab one with an extra mag~$325's still a great price, imo :)

  • @LbrtyNJustice4All So how do you concealed carriers make sure that you don't lose your temper and put yourselves in prison?

  • @justletmegetafreaken I guess the same way we don't track down all the internet trolls and put ourselves in prison? :) Tell me this wasn't a serious question...please.

  • @LbrtyNJustice4All Obviously not! That's just how I troll.

  • @justletmegetafreaken Thanks for feeding me btw, Mmm, all full ;3

  • after see your vids on the Ruger LCs, I bought the LCP .380. it is the PERFECT pocket pistol. Fits snug in my jeans pocket and the weight is excellent, and it is a very slim pistol. The stopping power is not great with a .380, but it is better than the .25 or .22.

  • @jammer476 I'm glad you like it! I have my eyes on a S&W Bodyguard next :) Nice little guns, as well!

  • Detailed and informative, thanks! Looking forward to watching all your videos.

  • Great job!! Beautiful woman and guns, don't think it can get any better :). Keep up the good work!

  • Your voice is amazing, and you're a keen, well-dressed, patriotic lady. God broke the mold after He made you.

  • @VanDaRifleman Stop internet creeping.

  • I have a lc9 and am picking up a lcp this week. I like the lc9.

  • @wissn2112 Let me know how you do with the LCP~some people love 'em, some not so much. Good luck!

  • Glad I found your channel! I recently bought my girlfriend a ruger lcr with the crimson trace. I was wondering if you had any suggestions for concealed carry for her, besides "pursin" it up? Thanks and keep the vids comin!

  • @steelcurtain41286 There are SOO many concealed carry options, I couldn't possibly list them all here. BUT, my friend faliaphotography has made some excellent holster videos on the topic of female concealed carry. Head on over to her channel, and check them out! Personally, I carry IWB with a Remora holster.

  • Good review. 2 miss fires or jams? I've only had 1 feed jam after 450 rounds and that occured during one handed point shooting. I contribute this to limp wrist and a poor grip when you can only get 2 fingers around the grip.

  • @Lumbre1969 misfires...could have been the ammo I suppose? The guy I borrowed it from has never had any problems with it.

  • Nice review... the gun looks very very small. Best as CCW. But ammo price is too much. Does anyone who owns it experienced it's stopping power?

  • @SeanManks It is definitely best as a CCW~and .380 ammo is expensive. As for stopping power, the .380 round can kill a person just as well as any other round~just place it where it needs to go! :)

  • Fingers

  • Get an extended clip then you will have alot more space for your finger

  • @Unboxingbrahhh I would if this was my gun, but I borrowed it to do the review. .380 ammo's too expensive! :)

  • @LbrtyNJustice4All yeah no kidding i dunno if we would have gotten the lcp if i had realized how expensive the ammo is. We paid a really good price for the gun but i was under the mistaken impression that the ammo had gotten much cheaper. .380 ammo is more expensive than .45 ammo.

  • @jbmac1960 Thank you, thank you, thank you :)

  • nice shootin!! now get back in the kitchen and make me a samwich!!

  • @AntaresInScorpius No grains in my kitchen...how 'bout a steak? :)

  • @LbrtyNJustice4All Wow...Best comeback yet! you go girl!

  • @LbrtyNJustice4all Maybe because it is over 200 years old..they can think what they want; it was the first flag of the US Marines, so naturally I love it.

  • @coorsbeer93 I love it, too :)

  • Subbed, great video on the Lcp very informative. Ammo price deters me from

Buying it, I'll just buy my wife the lc9. Thanks for the great video.

  • @xcatalepticxsinx I think she'll be very happy with the LC9!

  • I enjoyed your review; very clear and informative. The distance you are from your targets is much further than a typical encounter would be using a pocket carry pistol of this size and caliber so I would not be upset with the misses :). The only thing I don't like about this gun is the sights but again, in a close encounter with a crook there wont be time to do more than point center mass and start sending rounds down range.

    PS, love the flag.

  • @coorsbeer93 I tend to shoot from a range of distances when I record video~unfortunately not all of them make the cut :) I agree with you on the sights :/ Very hard to line up.

I like the flag, too. I've had some complaints that it's cliche...whatever ;)

  • This gun is my EDC for concealed carry, and you are right, you *do* forget you have it with you. I've come home from running thru a fast-food drivethru, sat down to watch TV and eat, then started paying bills on the computer or whatever, and realized I've spent hours at home and never took off my LCP and put it away. I went with a mag extension that is halfway between that pinky one and the stock "flat" one. My pinky finger just goes underneath the gun, and I use my other fingers to hold it.

  • @FastLeadPoisoning Glad to hear you like it! It is a great CC gun, however, the price of ammo is keeping me from owning one :/ Perhaps someday :)

  • @LbrtyNJustice4All At the moment, Ammoman.com has PMC ammo for the 380, if you go for 1,000 rounds it's $300, or $15/box. So practice ammo is not too bad, really.

Love my LCP, and love your flag also. I have one right behind me as well.

  • Oh yeah, those are "shipped to your door" prices as well -- definitely a factor.

  • woman with a gun... how am I supposed to feel safe in this country

  • @lynd0nc You could always head back to Canada :)

  • @LbrtyNJustice4All LMAO! You tell em girl.

  • @lynd0nc Just rely on the government. They'll keep you safe for sure.

  • @JustinoFundido I hope that was sarcasm

  • Good review! Nice Pistol!! (It's mine..) - For those of you making size jokes, wait for one of her next reviews...sent over something a little bigger this time!!

  • @chow559 YES! I can't wait to shoot it :) Thanks again for letting me try these~I really am appreciative!

  • I like how compact that pistol is. fair price too. You were nailing it with the .40.

  • @davidsquall351 I agree with your statements :) lol

  • Great video! Its nice to see women that are so knowledgeable of firearms. Keep it up!

  • You must remember when dealing with "ultracompact" pistols - you always sacrifice comfort for size. Pistols like the LCP are intended for "point & shoot" close range use so the sights are essentially optional. .380 ammo is only made intermittently - not year round - so it's more expensive and runs out quickly so stock up. Practically, the LCP is too small for my hands to use. I have Bersa Thunder .380 which is a bit larger but more comfortable and user friendly.

  • @redlegagent Good points~I didn't know that little tidbit about the ammo. Learn something every day! :)

  • Awesome

  • A good carry for a smaller frame person... where concealment gets harder. Definitely better than harsh words. Good review... I guess they also make it in "Rasberry" color :)

  • @MrJmfitch Raspberry color aside (lol), if any of you gents have wives that are hesitant to shoot with you, this little pistol might be the answer. It's not very intimidating, the recoil is manageable, and she can get one to match her stilettos. :)

  • @LbrtyNJustice4All I will keep that in mind. She seems to like shooting our Ruger P95... which is an enormous gun for a 9mm :)... it doesn't match her stilletos though (but she never wears those)...

  • I have the LCP. Got is 6 months ago. It took me 200 rds to get zeroed in on it. The long trigger pull and short barrel was a challenge. But now, I can hit what I aim at from 7, 15, 25 yards & longer. Love it. Just got the LC9 and really love it. Having the LCP first & getting used to it made it very easy adjusting to the LC9. Shot 100 rds today with LC9 & fired a score of 98. And I'm a Glock freak. I put the LC9 up there with my Glock 26 9mm. Shoots extremely well. LOVE IT. Good video ma'am.

  • @deputysheriff100 I can see how it took you a while to get used to it~it's a lot different than shooting the LC9. I had my heart set on a Glock 26 for a while. After my husband got his S&W M&P .40, I wanted the Glock a little less. I really do love the m&p. That being said, I'll probably end up with a Glock 27 if I do buy one. I think he's turned me into a .40 cal girl :)

  • Awesome review.

    New sub.

    -TEW

  • @theeastwatch Thanks for watching, TEW! Stay tuned :)

  • I bought mine for my Fiancee ... she hates it!

I don't like it either. I can not around the very heavy trigger pull.

Like you said, the price of .380 is insane! Between the two ... mine is for sale.

    Great review!

  • @ebomey Honestly, I was afraid I'd get lambasted for this review. Seems everyone who owns one/reviews one LOVES it. Maybe they just take some time? After shooting the M&P, though, I don't think I could ever own a .380. Different strokes, I guess :)

  • @jimmybridger Nice! Hope they continue doing that~it's a real pain in the ass to have to re-load every 7 rounds :) Do they make a 30-round mag for the LCP?? lol

  • You're Beautiful

  • A lot of problems associated with the LCP (e.g., FTF) can be remedied by installing an improved set of recoil springs. I installed a stiffer Wolff recoil spring (13 pound) in my LCP and was extremely pleased with the results.

Check out the Wolff Gunsprings website. It won't let me link it here for some reason.

  • @zibby43 Thanks~I'll pass on the info :)

  • Very nice review. I also carry a little pocket 380. Your shooting looks fine. If you look at the law enforcement shooting data, 90+% of their deadly encounters occur at point of contact out to 6 feet. Check out theppsc.org/Staff_Views/Aveni/OIS.pdf

    Thanks for sharing.

  • @houndsman03 I was shooting at around 10-12 feet I suppose. I did alright~keep in mind I fired 50 rounds, though, and I only posted video of 24? ;)

  • The LCP is a great companion to the LC9, I love mine, its a great pocket pistol

  • Great conceal weapon, my wife shoots the LCP better than I do. Nice shooting :)

  • @MyHollowpoint

SHIT ... Like that is a hard!

  • @ebomey You really should have proof read that before hitting "post", lol. :)

  • @MyHollowpoint

...LOL ... or finished the thought!

  • @ebomey Fighting words! ;)

  • @LbrtyNJustice4All

Not worried ... I could kick his ass.... until he pulls an alligator out of his pocket!

  • @MyHollowpoint Thanks! I keep asking my husband to have a "shoot-off" with me. He keeps turnin' me down :( I think women are inherently better shooters :)

  • @jimmybridger Lucky you! I've heard of a few people getting their LCPs at shows and getting the extra mag in the box. Wish my LC9 came with 2~alas, I have to order another :(

  • I think you did a great,if those were torso sized targets you would have hit it everytime.Thats what we all are really practicing for,try to hit the bad guy in chest as many times as you can LOL.

  • @ammohead73 Exactly~at least I know if the bad guy's holding a Coke Zero I'll hit it with the .40 :) lol

  • Good review.I've been married for 30 years my wife was never interested in guns until yesterday. She tagged along and sat in the car about an hour later out of boredom. She made her way over to me with a little encouragement shes hooked. She wants to back. She liked the .9mm did not like the .45 or .10mm love your videos.Keep up the good work.Have a SAFE weekend..

  • @donthebodyguard Excellent! Glad you can share a hobby!

  • Nice vid, Liberty! Those little .380s are hard to hang on to! I had the Kel-Tec P3AT and experienced the same issues. Thanks for sharing!

  • @kg9pz I've heard the LCP is very similar to the P3AT~no surprises you had the same issues :/ I'll stick to the slightly bigger guns :)

  • Ahh the sweet sounds of childrens laughter and gun fire and dad explaining the rules.... love the modern american family, Rock on!

  • @ITHINKUREALESUK LOL~Grandpa's explaining the rules! :) We have a great time down there.
