  • Mahalo, mahalo nui loa. Maika`i loa. My father's family is also from Kauai and I lived and worked there 2007 & 2008 before moving to Big Isle. What a wonderful presentation and have already shared this info with hula sisters/brothers on mainland and locally. What is most important is that this info is shared, therefore continued for future generations.

  • Aloha mai Maui Mai,

This video is great. Suggestion, the back ground music could be softer so the emphasis be placed on the narration. Also, background music could be instrumental and softer, again, focusing on the narration which is the importance of this video. Fantastic! Love it. The photos are great and matches beautifully with the narrations. Love watching the steps of making paakai. Mahalo nui loa Mai Maui Mai

  • Loved all the video aspects. Very well done. I would however suggest you read your narration a bit slower and more deliberate.

Perhaps some more of the Hawaiian used in the narration could be complimented with text displayed on the screen/video. Please also make your narration text available also, just a thought. Good work love your energy look forward to seeing and hearing more. I'll watch this video and give you more feedback soon.
