Actually I pinpoint the exact time of this story. February 1994. Because at the end of this vid Sue mentions the Winter Olympics which took place in February of 1994.
This is not from 1995 this has to be from at the latest August 1994 because WTSP changed affiliation to CBS beginning in September 1994 and if you look at the set behind Sue and Dave there is still ABC logos all over the background. WTSP changed their set to reflect the switch to CBS in September 1994.
