  • ROCK NAO E DO DIABO E DE DEUS ...DO DIABO E QUANDO VC ODEIA UMA PESSOA QUANDO ELA TE PISA

DO DIABO E SUA FALTA DE VONTADE DE ORA LER A BIBLIA JEJUAR EVANGELIZAR AMAR TEU PROXIMO VIVA O ROCK IN ROL

  • he looks so high and drunk i love it XD

just standing sometimes and thinking "wtf am I doing" XD

  • I just made a t-shirt that has a vidcap of 2:29 and on the back it explains the significance of the pic and the harmonic that was created.

  • That harmonic that was hatched at 2:29 is easily the best harmonic ever created by man. I sometimes have to check into the looney ward because of that harmonic. I have a still framed portrait vidcap on my living room wall of 2:29 in honor of that harmonic!!

  • no body play Iommi, Butler & ward better then Iommi, butler & ward..others just try to sound like them!

  • zakk sucks!!

  • It's a terrible tragedy about Randy, he was one of a kind and couldn't be replaced. Having said that, BRAD GILLIS KICKS FUCKING ASS ON THIS RECORDING!!! To not say so is to be in complete denial of his virtuosity. All the comparisons to Randy Rhoads are completely unfair. Gillis had to jump in on a moment's notice, and the shoes he had to fill were great ones indeed. Much love and respect to Brad Gillis for taking up the sword and forging onward!

  • @bretman444 I agree! Imagine the "the price" Brad had "to pay," to (temporarily) "replace" Randy! I LOVE the way Brad uses his guitar's "whammy" bar on some of Ozzy's songs! Anyone else, besides you and I, doing "air guitar" throughout this show?

  • This was the best live album ever. Ozzy is a god

  • Zakk Wylde < Jake E Lee < Brad Gillis < Randy "Guitar God" Rhoads

  • be glad that they have footage cuz they cud have had none and the best album done by ozzy was tribute, and true ozzy or randy fan could tell u that

  • Brad Gillis did a great job and is never given proper credit........He saved Ozzy's ass......same with Jake E Lee

  • who the fuck is fucking justin bieber ????

  • I believe this was actually planned when randy was alive. Just randy never got to make it to the gig. RIP RR

  • Randy is irreplaceable, but Brad Gillis is just awesome on this album.

  • there are not to many vids of the great RR he died when the video era began.just imagine what he would have done if still here!he will forever live on

  • yes that is Rudy and this Concert is one of the Best Ever

  • bassist is rudy sarzo??

  • la meilleur époque d ozzy selon moi

  • I miss going to Mass with Ozzy, it has been 3 years since...

  • why doesnt ozzy show much energy on the stage compared to bruce dickinson, david lee roth

  • What effect is ozzy adding to his voice?

  • @TheDarkrider1234 he is not adding an effect, he rerecorded his voice to sound better...

  • Really cool stage set. Ozzy was a great entertainer.

  • I saw Ozzy in June of 82' at the Seattle Coliseum. I was sad that i wasn't going to be able to See Randy Rhodes, But admired Ozzy for for being strong and continuing the concert tour having just lost the best guitarist in the world. But Brad Gillis stepped in and did an AWESOME job.

Who knew that Ozzy hired Brad from a talent agency out of NY? totally cool.

These vids sure bring back alot of memories. I also had brought a girl with me to the concert, it was our first date.

  • This was awesome!!!

  • This is a great song. Is this Jake or Randy?

  • @mrdeersniper Brad Gillis from Night Ranger.

  • haha ozzy is so mest up

  • if you just gotta some afro relaxer on gillis then adorn him with a flying v the guy would have been a god at the time. he did great considering rhoads fans were crankin pennies at his crotch. I heard a friend of mine that went to a show with gillis and some dude threw an m-80 at gillis at rozemont in chicago.

  • I wish Brad had made a studio album with ozzy! he never played better!!!

  • brad g was such an underrated player... plus he had alot of balls going on tour after randy passed..

  • I gotta a lot of respect for Brad for learning Randy's work so quickly. Remember folks they didn't have internet like we did with tab sites. He had to learn them all by ear pretty much, very impressive to say the least.

  • @skysummers71 and books

  • @IMaiden23 I honestly don't think they would have had books for Randy's music so early. Especially good ones. But, you could be right.

  • I am making a fan club for the note at 2:28.I want to write to my local congressman and address this ultimate harmonic to his ears.

  • happy birthday prince of darkness! hahaha!

  • Gillis has got the tone!!!!!

  • Mesa Boogie Mark series and a Dimarzio super distortion in the Bridge.

The guy had the sweetest tone in the business.

  • This solos are orgastic !

  • Brad Gillis is the greatest tremolo bar guitarist,he invented all the tricks before Vai and he had a great sense of melody.

  • Brad Gillis owns Sandy Rhoads.Thumb this comment down if you agree!

  • not a chance

  • Gillis owns!

  • randy rhoads? are you kidding?

lets see if gillis can write a solo like mr crowley

  • @ozzy9691 Prick

  • @blacksabbath4lyfe do you feel better about yourself now?

  • rhoads pwones

  • fuck u cock sucker

  • @XcoldazzzX

Brad doesn't match up to Randy, sorry ;)

  • Well said!

  • Brads a better soloist.

  • @mlmr11

Well not to me (and some others;)

  • I don't think he is trying to.

  • He learned the songs in a week for this tour. Not too shabby

  • @henkah No duh smart ass, He's still better than you'll ever be. So dont put your 50 cents into it until you know what your talking about

  • The best live album Ozzy ever made! Brad Gillis did an awsome job considering the wealth of material he had to cover.

  • @mik1641 To THIS VERY DAY, I'm, STILL, floored by Brad's playing during this show! I LOVE the way uses the "whammy" bar on his guitar!

  • fuck you lecaptianvideo

  • I was watching this again after a few months and let me tell ya,I was not prepared at 2:28 for that note.I accidently swang my beer arm and knocked my Bud on the floor. The note owns!!

  • Hey, kmcateer69- You mention making a rap song out of this again and I will drive to your house from Nashville, punch you in the face and post that on YouTube!

  • great...this the only good quality live recording wit ozzy in 1982...and randy is not in it...we want a good quality live video with randy rhoads...except the after hours show

  • thanks for uploading all

    the ozzy videos

    great

  • 2:28 did rock! lol that was great.

  • One of may favorite rhythem/with those vocals, shit u could make a friggin rap songwith that.

  • Gotta admit, that harmonic at 2:28 was fucking awesome.

  • brad my have been the best replacement for randy, it's really close between him and zakk. his stuff with night ranger is great too.

  • Simply... Ozzy Osbourne The god!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • know whats bullshit? these cameramen decided to film AFTER randys death, instead while he was alive. bastards.

  • That does bug me. But no one was really going to expect him to die. A very sudden and sad loss.

  • Very true. But know also, if they were going to film the D.O.A.M Tour, might as well film at least 1 or 2 close-ups of the band when they first started.

  • Good point. Black Sabbath was huge and when Ozzy was kicked out and made a solo career, you'd expect the media to go crazy even though a lot of music citics back then hated heavy metal.

  • yup exactly. you would think too, Randy was one of the best guitarists in the time period, so why not try to get more video footage with at least concerts up close, even video INTERVIEWS. people back then, jeez. haha

  • @RandyRhoadsFan82 It was MTV if you remember correctly.....this concert originally aired on MTV.....before the channel went totally rap....then totally crap....then totally reality shows.

  • @TheMexicanJulio You are correct, I remember watching this on MTV when it aired.

  • @RandyRhoadsFan82 it could be beacause its the speak of the devil tour

  • @MultiPinky111 well i suppose you make a good point, but even more important was the Blizzard of Ozz tour and Diary tours. those tours are what kicked the band off and made those albums big

  • @RandyRhoadsFan82 yeah blame it on the camera man

  • Brad Iommii!!

  • tommy and rudy are amazing

  • by band i mean sabbath not ozzy.

  • you are friggin retarded sabbath was good, but ozzy's solo albums are way better

  • bull shit he did. Iommi kicked ass while brad gillis licked ass. I mean Hes a great guitarist but he really was no iommi. Fuck that band just went down hill when dio joined. Thank god Dio went solo though!!!!

  • Although Tony Iomi is a great guitarist, Brad Gillis took the Sabbath songs to a new level.

  • it looks like he was lip sinking at 1:04

  • The Speak of the Devil album has overdubbed vocals. There's the live, and then the overdub, recorded later.

(btw, thanks to whoever posted this, I didn't know there was a video of this show.)

  • That NOTE AT 2:28 IS THE MOST AWESOME NOTE I HAVE EVER HEARD.I RAN OUT OF THE HOUSE SCREAMING IN AWE OF THAT NOTE AT 2:28!!!!!!!!!

  • Classic Gillis....tremolo specialist.

  • True story: My uncle used to see Quiet Riot when

they were still a local band in the 70's. I am only 19, so I was not even born yet(lol). I never really got to ask him about it though because he died when I was five and I never really got into music and playing guitar until a few years later.

  • Why would he disgust you.

  • ozzy only did 2shows for the sotd album it was done so he could fulfill his contract to jet records then sharon took over from her dad as manager and hse still says she saved ozzys career !! no way it was randy that saved ozzy R I P !!!!

  • What Randy Made 2 of the most famous albums in metal history and he helped Ozzy's solo career fly massively you know of nothing Randy saved Ozzy's Career by writing his most famous songs!

  • I 'm sorry but I'm not buying the daddy daughter split.

My gut tells me that daddy got Ozzy top quality musicians and a bunch of handwritten music bought up by CBS (parent company of Jet) to set him on his way to stardom then handed the keys over to his little girl as a present.

That's how shit works in the world of AOR.

  • LOL. NOW ozzy gets his shit from outside people, then it was all randy + bob daisley + lee kerslake

  • Is it really hard to tune down? The guitar sounds shitty because its not in C# tuning.

  • Bullshit. This nu-metal crap is ruining metal. Guitards can't play anything unless it's tuned down three steps and the bass is turned all the way up. This is done to cover up bad playing. At least you can hear the bass and guitar in this piece. Brad Gillis did his best playing on this tour and his tone was part of metal back in the day. His playing is better than the majority of pussy guitarists these days.

  • It is easy all you need is a tuner and go under 4 5 0 a little bit you don't need for this song though.

  • Ozzy performed well under his circumstances at the time. Ozzy always said, "You can't kill rock n roll". Many people think that "Speak of the Devil"(Live LP)had a tour to back it, it didn't. This concert was filmed on the later half of the "Diary" tour. Ozzy recruited Bernie Torme but he only last one gig, Brad Gillis was recruited in. I am a studio/touring drummer and I hear people come into the studio and slam this era of ozzy's lineup, give it to ozzy for sticking it out and moving on. cheers

  • mkm

  • I was drinking my soda while watching this and tilting my wooden chair backwards, the wild and long harmonic during the part with the lights before solo(2:27) made me fall back on the floor in disbelief.

  • I was drinking my soda while watching this and tilting my wooden chair backwards, the wild and long harmonic during the part with the lights before solo(2:27) made me fall back on the floor in disbelief.

  • A trademark of Brad's! Even the short harmonics that he adds to the main riff make his version of COTG fantastic. Cheers!!!!!!!

  • Wow. I never knew any of that. I thought this was one of the best live albums of the 80s.

  • I share your opinion. I was in high school when I first listened to it, and it totally blew my mind, especially due to Brad Gillis's unique style and tremolo technique.

  • asdsdasd

  • Actually his voice was already shot back then. He was 40X times better in Sabbath. Just listen to Sabbath, Bloody, Sabbath. This is him singing to tape thats why the vocals seem so strong!!

  • Sabbath Bloody Sabbath I have to agree is the best jam they made together but IMO Ozzy sounds way better after leaving Sabbath.... It's all good!!!!!!

    Take care man! OZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZYYYYYYYYYYY!!

  • I was just commenting on this video in particular. Just listen to "yeah's", and remember how lucky he was to find somone as talented Randy Rhoads; i think that had alot to do with his solo career doing so well.

  • He sounds a lot better than this on the 86 tour and in the 88 and 91 albums

  • His voice is okay here, much better than the 78 sabbath tour. The only thing I was trying to get across was that it was backed with another vocal track. He went from a terrible Sabbath situation to having the gift of Randy and then losing him.

  • I could definitely tell that here...luckily he stopped using it later...but now I think he is doing it again now.

  • Well, his voice is totally shot now.

  • I can tell you as a vocalist the only time period that i have a tough time emulating from the Oz is from the mid 70's

I can't touch Hole in the sky or The Writ.

The Sabbath Bloody Sabbath album was his best vocally though. He was singing with control and using his falsetto nicely.

  • @mlmr11 That's because he was on coke and no telling what else he was on, so dont make up excuses, Ozzy's the best vocalist and always will be

  • I always thought that "Speak Of The Devil" sounded a lot better then the original Black Sabbath recordings and Ozzy's voice in general just became 40Xs more improved after he was kicked out of Black Sabbath. OZZZZZZZZYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • this is one of the best versions of this song outside of sabbath. brad gillis did a killer job of covering this song and added a little of his own style and shredding to it. another version of this song that deserves to be heard is white zombies from the sabbath tribute from '94.

  • very good version but sabbath (iommi playing it) is better, but the ozzy solo versions of sabbath add variety for a true sabbath fan, however i love the ozzy, dio and gillan years of sabbath

  • Cool. Wicked version, a bit different from the original. Miss a bit of the heavy riffing that Iommi produces, but hey, this rocks

  • ozzy!!!!

  • thank you good night we love you allllllllllll lol love ozzy man
