The hotel for the summer gathering may have rules about how many people are allowed to share a room. They may only allow 4 people in a 2 queen bed room. They get really annoyed if you have more people in the room than they have on the register, too.

Mostly Microsoft. I have Vista, and it's a royal pain. Nothing is compatible. I got a new iPod for Christmas, which required iTunes 8 or higher. And guess which version of iTunes wouldn't install? I had to run a special command prompt before I could install it.
