Bush wasnt improving shit in Afghanistan or Iraq, he was decimating both countries, flattening them to the ground. 600,000 Iraqi civilians have died since the start of the war, and Bush completely left Afghanistan to pursue oil interests in Iraq, so dont give me that bullshit about him "improving" the situation.
