  • the stench of human remains is so bad people actually pass out as the brain cannot deal with the foul odour. If you work in this field long enough you will forget to smell it, that is your brain will be so revoleted by the stench overtime it will begin to not register it and you wont smell it as you were able to. its a defense mechanism.

  • all my respects for people who do this .thank you! :)

  • @gia3281 Thank you Gia for your comment, it is gr8ly appreciated.

  • Much respect for those who do this!! It must have some impact mentally and physically. Takes a special person to stomach a scene like this and you are helping the family not have to see the dark side of the end of their family.

  • The people who actually removed the body would of had a hell of a job removing It.

  • I have always had a sincere interest in doing this for a living but I would have no idea where to start.

  • thank you so much for the sites you sent. would love to do it just can't afford it right now.

  • Ive thought about doing this my dad was an undertaker and also cleaned scenes.. all that jazz so i kinda grew up hearing about it. but im so curious about the scenes. its weird that im interested cause my personality is bubbly and happy but i can handle things like this. but the thought of helping the family and getting it clean for them after something i think is kinda nice.

  • If there is anything that I can do to assist you with getting into this industry, do NOT hesitate contacting me. I would be delighted to help you. Take care, God Bless.

  • @DeconSpec im a cannibal.can you get me in too?i have no objection to "aged" meat...;P

  • I'm pretty sure I've got my mind made up about doing this for a living, just need to start looking for a job really.

  • wow I thought i was weird because I have a sincere interest in this field as well. I'm too old to get into it now but I still like to research it.

  • No one is to old to HELP others who are in absolute dire need... YES you can do this. If you truly want something, go for the GUSTO... We have individuals of all ages who are getting into this rapidly growing industry. Contact me if you sincerely want to get into this industry... I would be delighted to assist you.

    David O'Brien

  • @mizzb4380memories after you see dead children you lose all interest in the field in every way. It's all cool until you see something that will shock you to the core. And its not a nice feeling.

  • Willing to buy better coping mechanisms so I could do this job without it getting to me.

  • what do you do with the stuff?

  • that person had wealth...just no friends.

  • is that lube? :o

  • Very scary

  • Sorry for degrading,, it's very dangerous

  • This questions on how professional they are. I think that they are not professional enough. Their missing out on some protocols. For example, they should get rid of the contaminated materials as fast as they can instead of waiting and rummaging . B/c as soon as , the airborne pathogens will get to them.

  • Intresting job for sure. It does seem to be pretty gross but its def awsome that there are people out there that do this sorta thing for familys. I mean imagine if there was not =(

  • so. what happened in this?

    like ..wheres the body? o.o

  • Having worked in a residential hospital, where sadly people died,it is vital to retain a certain 'humour' whilst taking care of the deceased,as whacky as this sounds.I don't mean in a disrespectful way,but you would quickly quit your job if you didn't have a 'gallows humour'.It's a defense mechanism against our own immortality!

  • How much did you guys earn annually?

  • I find such jobs very interssant! Respect!

  • O_O

  • I'd like to do this. Is training difficult?

  • If only those walls could talk!

  • i would have a heart attack if i found something like this

  • good on ya guys.if u can stomach it do it,i say

  • The woman who is holding the camera does not know how to use it. She is moving that camera all over the place and viewing areas that are not important like the TV. what the hell is she laughing about?

  • I am so interested in this stuff, I just want to say Good for you guys for having the courage to do this, cause Not everyone can do a job like this, Not sure I could stomach alot of it... But I'd sure try, I really want to take a anthropology. And it shouldn't matter how much you guys make, it's none of anyone's business.. and actually that comment where they said 25/50 dollars a hour... Thats probably coming from someone who makes 8 dollars an hour at Mcdonalds If employed at all.

  • G'Day Tammy,

Thank you for your kind and sincere words.

We have no problem putting numbers out there for everyone to see... after all IRS see's what we make.

As the Old saying goes, "the more we make, the more they take".

    Once again, thank you.

    Regards,

    David

  • @DeconSpec It just annoys me how rude people can be in this world. And just curious have you ever puked your guts out? lol Some things I'm sure are hard to stomach.. and I watched alot of videos about this stuff.. and just curious is the smell of a decaying body really that memorable??

  • @tammy2775 8$/hour at mcdonalds?

Where I live you won't even get 0.8

  • wow. 250$ per man hour. thats good. i like cleaning nothing bothers me really.

ive worked in hospitals and nursing homes, ive seen people die,ive seen all kinds of deaths. ive always care for people and their surroundings.

i think im going to look into crime scene clean up, in my local area.

the only thing i can think of that would bother me is, asking ? why do people do this to others.. why ! they dont want things to happen to them, but ! any ways. its a shame.

  • i dont know why you guys are making this crim scene clean up so unorgainzed! but if you get paid by the hour and make 25 to 50$ a hrly, well then take your time. after all the state/city/county is paying the tab. it doesnt take hours and hours to clean up a room, if your putting everything into hazarious bags. and then buring ... i want a job like this..

  • When ever you are ready to learn how to do this... you will find that YES it does take hours and hours ... some times it takes days and days... each and every incident is different. Until you actually do this type of cleanup (Yes, I know... there are many who say they have done it for a friend or family member) and do it properly and lawfully you have no clue or idea as to how long it takes.

Oh by the way, we get paid $250.00 per manhour... 4 techs = $1000.00 hourly.

  • @DeconSpec I wouldn't even of gave that guy the numbers you make, none of their business... They probably make 8 dollars a hour at mcdonalds.. I think what you guys are doing is great. I wouldn't be able to do it, but I'd love too lol I want to study In Anthropology ;)

  • @DeconSpec These are very Interesting videos I must say & it gives you are real insight into what you do & I was wondering what's the longest job you have had to do & also what's the worst job you have had to undertake.

  • @DeconSpec X/ You must be very rich. 250$ is very high for an 80 hour week of good payed job.

  • @draconpost

$250.00 per man hour with a minimum of 2 techs on every incident... On an average we have 4 techs on the jobs which is $1000.00 an hour. Some incidents we have between 8-12 techs on ... just depends on how big the jobs is... for instance... look at our vids (Landfill) you will see 12 techs on there.

  • @DeconSpec Watched that, lotta work but I can't understand why do people won't do it for themselves if it costs so much. Where I live people do this stuff almost for free. Maybe that's because my country's fucked :/ dunno, most people have 400$ total or less for a month to live

  • Hey ... these are NOT training Tapes... if you are looking for training I highly suggest that you go to a training facility.

  • A training film? The women is laughing while filming. What kind of bug is that? A bed bug. Hello CEO or Person in charge, I get this is not easy but for training the women does not need to laughing. Would you not agree. I am trying to learn what really happens when there is a death. Not so good-Update your training tapes.

  • hello robin, you are trying to learn... watching a video such as this is not going to teach you... If there are any of you out there that think by watching a video/movie/DVD or even reading a book is going to teach you something.... you are badly mistaking.

You need to take actual courses, numerous courses and most important you will need "Hands-On Training".

  • @robinjchurch a person working in this profession MUST keep a sense of humor about them. if not they can be overcome by the stress of working around death on a daily basis. there is a very high suicide rate among people who work as morticians and who clean up crime scenes. i wanted to become a reconstruction/makeup artist in a funeral home, but with my long history of depression i would not be accepted into a morticians course, even though death does not bother me in the least.

  • These people earn every cent of their wages!!!

  • All that stuff is known as bio-hazardous medical waste.

It is taken to a Federally Regulated Medical Waste Treatment Facility.

  • this job takes special kind of person i know i couldent do it

what i wounder is where is all that stuff going

  • He sure is cheap with the bags.

  • You mother fuckers "will" rot in hell for your laughter! Mark my words! Your asses wouldn't being laughing if that was one of your family members! Coping mechanism my ass! Show some respect!!

  • @mrplazo2 People have different coping mechanisms. The coping mechanism they're using (i.e. laughing, joking) is the only way they can deal with the situation. Otherwise, they'd have a meltdown and not be able to do the job.

  • Man at least they died on a comfrtable bed that bed just looks so comfy

  • I guess no one knows what happend to the poor person?!

  • how does biohazard waste get disposed of? in an incinerator?

you guys are doing a beautiful job, btw.

  • LOL these guys. "Makes you hungry, huh?"

  • Worst camera person ever. But I do appreciate the upload.

  • I'd puke in my hazmat suit.

  • Bet that smells luuuush

  • as far as people giggling, you forget that this isn't a typical 9 to 5....it's called a coping mechanism. secondly, blood is on the bed because after a dead body has been there, untouched for , say a day or two, postmortem gases build up, then explode, then, there's the excretion of all bodily fluids.

  • camera woman needs to shut up!

  • do they get to keep the big screen tv?

  • This is the clean up team...body gone...they do the rest... u laugh to get through it.

  • Camera woman needs bitch slapped, nothing is funny! The young man u can tell he was willing 2 learn frm the other man,the woman could care less and I would have fired her on the spot...

  • how was it a natural death but there was alot of blood on the bed???

  • @BlueTeaCup02 When a person dies and especially if left for a few days, all orrifices open up and blood comes out naturally. Its quite common for there to be a lot of blood when someone dies naturally

  • Awww, his back scratcher's still on the bed.Hope he wasn't alone when his time came.

  • I see no body at all. And why in God's name does the camera woman start giggling?!! Weird.

  • "mmm yummy" what a dumbass... i doubt if it was someone in his family he'd be making jokes.

  • thats disgusting. I would just burn the whole house down. Start new. Screw that shit!

  • death, blood? whats next , maggots?? ahh shit

  • I feel sorry for the family (if any) of the deceased, they're making plenty jokes. I know that they have to have a black sense of humour. But its still pretty tasteless...

  • I feel bad for people who don't have people in their lives at all times. Looks like he was pretty well kept, but didn't have at least one person in their life that knows that they are okay each day. Sad.

  • Wow. So a person died and no one knew it until they started smelling their rotting corpse? That is just terrible.

  • @Piggie822 happens all the time.

  • oh common ...where is the bone/hair and teeth by the way... hmnnnnn..... wow... is this dead thing an alien or any kind of living things.....

  • what kind of bug waswalkin on the bed i could not understand what he said , a bed bug, a lady bug, a beetle bug?? what ??

  • @LilLee965 He said a beetle, I think.

  • Well this is a clean up crew so they already removed the body for autopsy and they clean the rest of the bodily fluids secreted by the corps

  • Aw come on! Not a bone? That is wrong.

  • two bosses don't work. one gives instruction and the bitch shuts hers mouth

  • I wonder what the hell could have happened there.

  • I couldn't even touch that shit with rubber gloves on!!

  • what kind of animals are that?

  • Okay, I joked about it to myself, then I paused it when there was a close up on one of the cans on the bed and was like "OMG, it is a can of personal lubrication!" Made me wounder how he passed, hmmmm. No disrespect to the deceased.

  • @metalwolfsolid looks like "Wet" brand lube

  • @metalwolfsolid It looks like the lubricant says, "Stays wet longer". I googled it and there is a lubricant like that.

  • omg, I stayed in this high rise with sick & elderly people and it was a every other month thing to find a dead bodie in an apt. and Oh that smell. you dont stop smeling it for at least a good week. and you never ever for get it.

  • an old lady died near me they did not find her for over 5 years, they only broke in as she was over due on her council tax amongst over things, even the TV was still on!!

  • @haz939 so you say 5 years ehh so who payed the electric bill??

  • @mgarc79 Direct debit maybe

  • @mgarc79 Direct debit maybe

  • @mgarc79 Direct Debit maybe

  • Thank god there are people in the world who can do this kind of stuff.

  • Why is she laughing?

  • OMG....imagine the smell. These guys deserve the amount of money they make.

  • @MissRyoko75 well, on a scale of 1 to 10 of how bad the smell is, i would have to go with fucking disgusting.

  • I love love LOVE the guys New York accent! I could listen to it all day :-)

  • Did that guy at the beginning tell them not to ruin too much of the mattress? Seriously?

  • I wish i could lick the mattress.

  • The body was already removed, this is what is left from putrifaction.

  • @ first i was like " i could do this job... not so bad...good pay...." THEN, i saw the MAGGOTS....... I dont care how much you pay me, even a $1,000,000.00 a year, i would quit on the spot... maggots and i do not co-exist in the same space very well @ all...

  • @ErikjStudios

dont worry you and maggots will have plenty of time to "co exist once you die" well you can co exist untill theyve eaten you then they will leave :D

  • @CITYFORLIFEDAN1991 Exactly, thats why i get my revenge now while im alive

  • how do i get this job

  • this job takes some balls. nothing but respect for someone that could handle this emotionally. im sure it takes nerves of steel. no one ever thinks of the after effects of death. this is a natural process people. it has to be done. everyone that has watched this has watched it for a reason, we are all curious about death as we have no idea what happens when we die.

  • Its not blood. Its dead skin, and anything that essentially "rotted away". Also it is anything that was inside the persons digestive tract's at the time of death. When you die you lose control of your muscles, so anything that was sitting in your bowels, and small intestine are essentially "shitted" out. Not only this but any scars or open wounds on your body would shortly after death be reopened due to the tightening of the skin, this would also cause some of the matter on the bed.

    Cheers.

  • They must have removed the body already.

  • OH MY GOD...THEY DEAD...BLOOD???

  • you have to be some sort of crazy to do this job

  • @malicho69 someone has to do it.that does'nt make them crazy.i admire them.i could'nt do it

  • I read an article once about a female crime scene cleaner who was working the site of a suicide. She found the guy's ear stuck to the window, under the blinds. She said she stopped serving her cats raw liver after that.

  • Nice how its a joke to them...and why are they even video taping it anyway?

  • What exactly happened in that room? Someone get shot?

  • MMMMMMM ROAST BEEF

  • DUDE!!!! im fucking sick and tired of shit head bosses or wanna be bosses who tell someone how to do theyre job... at my fucking job.... i work alone... i do as i please... i dont need any super vision and nobody ever tells me what to do...the guy in this video telling that nerd guy what to do, needs to die himself

  • i think the young guy was a trainee, kind of hard for the boss not to tell him what to do when he is teaching him lol

  • yeah the boss seems to be awfully fuckin worried that none of his precious shit bags go to waste on anything like, "DEAD FUCKING BODY FLUIDS AND MAGGOTS" haha, shit, i'd told him to shut the fuck up and let me alone

  • plasma tv - atleast he/she didn't die poor

  • must have been a long undiscovered death to produce that kind of nasty stain. can't believe neighbors didn't smell that.

  • where is the body??

  • Could you provide some more detail please? The body is gone, whatever happened is just a blood soaked mess.

They took the body away long time ago! This is just a mess.

  • I give 'em credit - I couldn't do this!

  • Exactly how long was that body there?

  • crime scene cleaners are among one of the highest paying jobs out there.... i think they earn it..yeesh.

  • @CjGaughan yeah seriously lol i couldnt do that shit i would barf on the dead person then barf on the barf then barf on the people around me and then back on the dead person. then i would run out screaming DEAD BODY! the i would make people pay 5 bucks admision to see the barfy corps xD

  • @CjGaughan sweet how much do they earn?

  • wow i wanted to see bones but i didnt get to boo and are those people experienced because they seem like they hav good equipment but arent seriuos about it like others ive seen

  • Your employee is hungry even after he is at a crime scene. Feed the man and then go clean up the lump of shit!!!

  • I didn't even see a body, it was a small clump of...shit

  • was that a box cutter at the corner of the bed right before the end? maybe he used that to kill himself.

  • This is a "natural causes" death, not a suicide.

  • The box cutter is what the guy is gonna cut the bed in 10 x 10 squares with.

  • No se si hablen español, pero aca en mexico tengo un pequeño negocio de control de plagas y vi un programa acerca de su negocio hace ya varios años en discovery channel me intereso muchisimo espero en un futuro poder crear este negocio en mexico es fascinante.

    saludos....

  • Internal Combustion?

  • @sexycvh and tehnoobwood

Gallows humor. It's how you keep sane and emotionally stable when you have to deal with death and dying on a daily basis. E.R. staff, police, crime scene cleaners, soldiers etc. It isn't disrespect, it's just how you cope.

Besides, it's only meat, not like it's a person anymore.

  • mmmmmmhm

  • show some respect bitch! one day that could be you!

  • Comment removed

  • there playing with a dead buy and jokeing and laughing rally wtf!?

  • @tehnoobwood They are doing they're jobs and the last thing you want to think about when your cleaning up a mess like that is death

  • true kinda didnt think bout that :S lol

  • ok didnt think of that yeah i get it now

  • Looks like a mattress that could be sold on Craig's List......yikes. Buyer Beware.

  • You get paid B I G! $900.00/h. Not so bad

  • They should use surgical gloves rather than trying to tape their gloves with the clothes

  • This is one job I will show up late for....

  • Hit that matress with some Oxyclean and call it a day

  • @chipjumper

not unless thats billy mays there!

  • @slangman92

Amen brother. These people are advertising a school for training in this field? How hard is the training? Is it even necessary lol. If you're even considering to be interested in this field then you're already borderline crazy. What training do you really need? Can you bag up dirty shit? Then you're hired.

  • I know what I'm NOT going to be when I grow up...

  • This was murder/suicide. If that is skin, possible suicide by gunshot, with individual having sat next to the bed with a fire arm. If it is murder (most likely), it was with deep lacerations to the abdominal region, possibly the heart, or there would be much more movement about the bed as well as spraying. Conclusion: unnatural, recent death, due to self or third party inflicted wounds. Use logic people. This could also be a simulation.

  • Nah, it's a natural death. Just was laying there for awhile.

  • Read the fucking video description you half twat. Honestly. The actual people who cleaned this up posted the video and CLEARLY stated it was a NATURAL DEATH.

  • First of all, it would take much more than two years for a body to decompose to absolutely nothing, specially indoors, not to mention that she mentions skin on the bed which would be very dry by that point. Second, the entire bed would be brown if that had happened, not dry cleaned. Third, this video being uploaded in 2007, and the person having a flat screen on the wall, death did not occur more than 5 yrs ago.

  • not even a bone left??? Come on, this is a joke...

  • @saluut2001 The medical examiner/funeral service took the body before hand

  • @saluut2001 they removed the body before hand

  • @saluut2001 im sure the rest of the body is in those red containers.

  • @saluut2001 They aren't cleaning up bodies they clean up after the bodies are taken to the morgue.

  • @saluut2001 Obviously the remains are taken away to the mortuary before they clean.

  • @saluut2001 its a clean up crew, their job is to clean up what is left after the body is removed e.i blood, human waste, and anything else contaiminated by the decomposing body

  • these people have no respect thats why you always want to try to have at least one good friend that way your found before they have to (clean you up)

  • it may have very well of taken 2 years for this person to fully decompose into nothing. With the person being in a room, not outside, the elements and natural wildlife could not have hurried the process.

  • There's apparently blood stains, so, it would seem more like murder or suicide. But a person could possibly still bleed out from something natural. But I doubt there would be that much blood. Maybe it's really red wine and they drank themselves to death?

  • thats nasty

    lets leave it as that

    just nasty

  • Looks like a Suicide to me.

  • she keep on looking at the tv, they probably took it.

  • I recognize that blue bottle on the bed, it's lube. ^_^ For Real.

  • this person needs to learn how to use a camera. they're moving it way to fast x.x

  • is this supposed to be the body that had been dead for a couple years?? if so,, did the city turn the power back on before cleaning it up?? the fans still going lol

  • Mattress looks almost new...I wonder if it can just be flipped over.

  • hahahaha! Good comment!

  • about a year or 2 ago when there was an ice storm hear near dallas TX a water main broke next to a house covering half of it in ice that made it have structural damage when the city repaired the water main they discover that the owner was dead inside and he had ben dead for at least 2 years befor they got ther so its 2009 now and he died in 2005 but was not found till 2007

  • @jablestwo Not likely. The maggots wouldn't be there after all that time. There would be nothing left for them to eat.

  • (theres no hate in this msg) did i mention any thing about maggots or how much of that poor dude was left? all i put was they found him 2 years after he died

  • The maggots were showing and and still alive in the video. My point is, that wouldn't have happened 2 years postmortem.
