@downjl No, but he was dirve stunned in the sholder to cuff his arm. He was arrested because he fought when they tried to ramove him. Once he was arrested he resisted that, so after numeorus warnings they did as they told him they would when he refused to relase the bolted down chair he was grabbing onto.

Rhantis cont.).. mean that he was immune from the rules of the forum & it did NOT mean that the Police were going to just forget all about his ILLEGAL actions. He was told by Police, PRIOR to speaking at the mic, that the ywere going to need to talk to him after his question & he was reminded about the rules of the forum. Not until his continued ILLEGAL actions warrented their doing so, that is. Rhantis cont..).. at the back of the room & was taken to the ground where he CHOSE to be drive-stunned by CHOOSING to ignore their REPEATED lawful orders to stop resisting even AFTER being warned that he'd be "tased" if he did not comply.
He brought this all on himself by his ILLEGAL actions & idiotic decisions that day & was damn lucky that his lawyer was able to get him a deal for 18 months of probation, instead of standing trial, considering all of the evidence against him from that day.

@SingeonSeale LOL That is nonsense! Look up the whole story. the idea that he was in trouble for the content of his "seech" is nonsense. He was simply kicked out of a school event for his behavior, filmed it for his web site, and the evidence idicates he did it on purpose for attention. You dshould be angry at him for using the forum to put on a show rather than try and get a legit response (not that Kerry doesn't get those questions & already knows how to dodge them).

The officers should have yelled commands so that it didn't seem like police brutality. They had terrible training for not doing so, and its stupid that we have to scream such things to make sure the public understands that we're not needlessly kicking someones ass.
