Cards written for tours in advance are promotional and will be subject to change based on how the situation changes in the WWE. They're not always representational of how things will turn out.

Cena has a crappy moveset, yes, but thats because as a face your moves are limited. look at orton. Punch,kick,slam, backdrop, ddt, rko.
