I forget to tell you that Green Tea is very effective when you get a cold. It contains a lot of vitamine C and kill virus. Drink it in hot or warm before you go to bed if you have got it. Sorry about my comment in a row.

I have felt that it is so natural and lovely when you talk without make-up . Sorry if I offend you, but always feel something change when woman talk with full make-up. For example, my mother change her voice more high tone than usual. ^0^ HAHA Please take care of your health.
