I myself have been a loyal litterer in my community for year's. I will try to do more in my part to dump my crap off into the ocean watter's and further pollute the environment this I promise....Feed the oceans barrel's of Oil and freely empty your trash.

@povman Fleets of ships dragging large nets behind them would net several tons of the stuff which we can then turn back into oil.

The only reason it hasn't been done is all of this government bullshit and legal hoops.
