@BlueMageWithSoulEdge Yup, the version with Rat King was the SNES version of this game. This was the remake of the arcade version. The Arcade version had different boss fights in certain areas.
Not bad but COME ON you should have tried a bit harder to make it sound closer to the original. I know change is good, but nostalgic music is always what you keep. change some moves or add levels, don't F&$% up the music (remember, not bad, but not turtles in time
I cant believe all the complaining about this track. It's like the old song with newer equipment. They couldn't just re-release the old track as much as they couldn't re-release the old graphics. I think it's pretty decent :)
I bought this game and love everything about it. Sure the Original was good but I prefer everything in this over the original! I'll admit it. I fucking love this game!
Dude, sewer surfin'was like the best song in the old school version and they went and changed it! Thats messed up! That song was pretty much iconic! Good thing I never bought this...
wow, right when the song started. like the first two notes. i swear, i thought it was the original version. Its like being woken up from a pleasent dream.
I love how it starts with the the same note as the original but then its like "FUCK U" and turns into this XD

this is bad .

Back in my day, Turtles music was epic. Ubisoft, never do a remake of a Konami game again.

I love the part starting at 56: but that's the only part... :(

Do you know why they didn't put Rat King in the game? I would have loved to see him in 3D.

the music in this game is not that bad. SERIOUSLY!

Its not that bad, yeah.
But im sure those who gave you a thumbs down were fans of the original.
and so was i. But i see your point. Its not that bad.
but still.
it feels like a slap to the face that they did this to my favorite game of all time. They should have bought the rights to the orginal music.
maybe the price would have gone up, but i wouldnt care.
if they gave you the option to hear the original songs, or remixed versions of the original songs, i would gladly pay more.

@tecmo1 but you CANNOT have Turtles in Time without the original Sewer Surfin music

This track is okay but I liked the original Arcade/SNES version better.

OK, music wise, which do more people prefer, Turtles in Time Re-Shelled or Turtles in Time found on Mutant Nightmare?
From what I know, neither of them contain the tracks from the original release of Turtles in Time.

Ubisoft completely dropped the ball on the music for this game. Ugh.

remakes of classic games and their soundtracks: Bionic commando rearmed flawless the bad parts that maybe in there are not even worth mentioning,
TMNT Reshelled has to many disappointments to even mention, but one thing is that they decided to remake the Arcade version and not the Snes version.
Rearmed added to the Snes original and really was worth even more than $10
Reshelled (a play on Rearmed?!) feels like less when expecting the Snes version. not worth $10.
my two cents

Sucks compared to the original songs. What were they thinking?
As a side note, is that Jack Black doing the level announcements?

If you notice, a lot of the new songs start with the opening of the original. Its best heard on prehistoric turtlesauraus and alleycat blues.
