  • damn - awesome

  • which bass does he use? it looks and sounds amazing!

  • @RageicaNiels Yamaha TRB custom made. It is pretty much a John Patitucci model with different looks I think, but it has a couple of switches near the bridge that might have to do with a piezo or something. It sure sounds GREAT! but yet again, all Yamaha TRB do =)

  • @Vinterless @RageicaNiels it's not a TRB it's actually a BB. It's a Nathan East custom shop based on his signature 5 string, they've made him several 6 string versions which were meant to be realesed but it never happened. This is another Yamaha custom shop Nathan East BB 6 string :) the switches are for the NE pre-amp Yamaha make built in, with his custom tuned 3 band pre-amp. It's both pretty and also not very similar to the JP, it doesn't have Piezo either (like the JP)

  • @AttitudeCastle Actually, the JP doesn't have a Piezo. It is just magnetic pickups with a great preamp.

Weird, It doesn't look like a BB at all, it is TRB shaped for sure. I suppose it is all BB Nathan east electronics on a 6 string TRB shape. It sounds great anyway! xD

  • @Vinterless That's what I meant by the last sentence. The JP does NOT have piezo, which is why it's less costly than the TRB6PII as well as being a Bolt on not neck through. The Nathan east is a BB, it's the older BB shape from when Nathan E first got his signature :) It was very BB, it's not identical but very similar! It's got a TRB head stock though.

  • @Vinterless Haha true true, either way sounds great! :D

  • DO NOT EVER DENY EAST THE FIST BUMP!

  • Love it!!!

  • Cool.. I bet some of my friends would go crazy over this.. :D
