Aye, many people tend to overlook great Canadian indie bands and usually focus on those few pop artists who have "made" it. Celine Dion and *snort* Justin Bieber come to mind.

It kind of sucks that many people from around the world (including Canada herself) have a negative opinion of Canadian music based on the popularity of those few pop artists.

@JadedTrojan But Canada also gave the world BioWare, the MacKenzie brothers, Neil Young, the Guess Who, Scott Pilgrim vs. The World, and some of the most beautiful damn scenery on the planet. And I'm sure they revoked the Beib's citizenship status when they saw what he had become.

So yeah, I'm on this dumb little crusade to convince my fellow Americans that we should appreciate a thing or two about the GODDAMN COUNTRIES THAT BORDER US. Except Justin Bieber. That child is a menace. ;-P
