@DoctorPorkenfries The video of that Ryu vs Sagat seems to be coming from the "SNES" version, in which the damage scales more so then within the arcade version. The two-hit fp into hurricane kick taking off nearly half-life is testament to that, because it doesn't do that much in the arcade version of HF.
