Basset hound - satisfied face

your videos make me miss my basset hounds so much. i loved them to death and now that they are gone i can't bring myself to replace them. not the smartest breed but definitely the sweetest. they made me the person i am today. love these dogs.

@gollapr thank you. you're right. i guess it wouldn't be "replacing", because to quote Leo Getz from Lethal Weapon 4: "you are not better friends than froggy, you are just different." so i guess i can always think of it that way if i get another dog. and weiner dogs are great! they're not better than basset hounds, just different! haha

My Basset Hound, Shelby, is terrified of our hair dryer!

After I shhower her and try to use it she freaks right out and cries.

So I have to towel dry her. : )

@YunakkuProductions You're lucky. Mine hates water completely. By the end of giving her a bath, I'm soaked, the patio is soaked, and the soap is everywhere besides on the dog. She also hates the vacuume, the broom and the mop. She's just a timid little baby. But makes up for it with cuteness! XD
