Go to there person. If he/she is in the left side press (Q) bottom and then press (L Ctrl) the pizza will deliver. If he/she is in the right side press (E) bottom and then press (R Ctrl) the pizza will deliver.

You only need to do it one time, so once you beat it, it's gone. Unlike the other side missions where you can keep playing indefinitely (after level 12), the Pizza mission has a clear ending and it's done after that.

You would think the pizza boy missions would give you infinite sprint and the ambulance missions would give you 150 health. Seems a bit backwards.

Yeah, I know what you mean. They probably just did it this way because they'd already determined that the Ambulance reward was infinite sprint in GTA3 and saw no reason to change it.

What you could do is to add some general hints about how to successfully complete the various missions (especially relevant for this kind of mission, where there is no set order of doing it), referring to the video for how it can be done in practice. Perhaps this is something that you could simply add as text to your website for each mission, generating some more traffic? Maybe you could also add a "for more info on how to complete this mission, see my website:" message to the end of the videos.
