It's true that writers help in formulating the great promo's brought out by Rocky. Yet it still doesn't change the fact that it takes an amazing amount of charisma and talent to emulate his style. He has also come up with alot of his content himself..and to be able to act it out as he does..is incredibly hard to do. Hence why he has exceptional in his communications class in college. Say what you want, you couldn't go up there and do it like he did.

I don't think a lot of people get WHY The Rock's "character" changed over time. He started out as a cheesy face. After that, he became the polar opposite: an egotistical jerkass who spoke in 3rd person. He was a heel with The Nation, a face by himself, and a heel with the Corporation, and then face again. That last face turn had him become more in-tune with "the people" and less about himself. He kept 3rd person, but he truly became the People's Champ. $500 shirts not needed.
