Excursion made an Iceman? Very cool. (pun definitely intended) I liked his Cutman, so I should probably test this one out.

The stage is pretty nice, too.

Also, on a related note, I've always thought that Ice was a pretty cheap character, but I don't know, I'm starting to have my doubts now.

I LOLed at the lophole abuse and glitch at the end... Honestly Excursion is a pretty crappy author to begin with since he misses all the bad CLSN works and balances to begin with (looks at the abominable Cutman and his projectile wall infinite) :/
