@yedesmir1 It's used for timing, hand eye coordination and endurance for shoulders / deltoids. You need the endurance so you can keep your hands up in a defensive position throughout a fight. You need the timing and hand eye coordination to be able to hit a moving target (such as your opponents chin) quickly.
