Here's how they do it...I think.

KLM had some spare titanium struts from their unused aircraft : one runs up his trouser leg to 2 flat plates which are for his back and rear end.

Nice magic trick... my guess is he used with some kind of magnetic force. Certainly drew a lot of attention to the ad, but non realistic to the true product it's introducing, No visual to the actual seats, and after researching, (I haven't actually flown or sat in the seats), the reviews are not so impressive.
