  • whats everyones favorite mick ronson track

  • This is the BEST LOVE SONG EVER!! Thank you Ronno!! I did get to meet him and got a kiss! ;) XOXOXO RIP!!

  • Mick passed away 18 years today

    RIP

  • Loved this album...He was a big influence on me...on how I arrange music...Listen to the backgrounds on I Can Hear the Wind Call in the Charley Playlist on my channel and you can hear Mick all over my song... Peace!

  • Beautiful song.

  • Rono died the year i was born 9 months before i was born and on the same month i was conceived

  • at least he lives on, and at least Rolling Stone put him on their all time list

  • reminds me of the days with the spiders

  • anybody out there fans of Ronno not a bit miffed by the fact Bowie didn't have the common descency to attend Mick's funeral after all he did for Bowie and his career. Without Ronson (its obvious by Bowie's 80's work) DB's career would have been very different, and not the influence he is considered universally.

the split was bad for Mick, worse (artistically) for Bowie and a tragedy for music fans.

  • Beautiful melancholy song ... a rare talent

  • Still have the LP,love it!

  • Love it, reminnds me of that bitch who packed m ein on Romford Station soon after the album was released.

  • Beautiful song. Such quality in everything Mick did, both by himself and with others. He just had that bit of magic. He made everything a little better just by being there. Mick, you are so missed in this world.

  • hauntingly beautiful lovers lament, brings tears to my eyes every time...

  • Very beautiful song from Mick

  • I think it is rather lovely that he was humble when alive. Nice song Mick. :D

  • What a brilliant song this is...indeed the whole of this album was wonderful. Met you back in the 70s when you were making Once Bitten Twice Shy with Ian Hunter....RIP mate...you will always be remembered by me!!!

  • Ronno in our hearts 4ever.

  • shes lying

  • I've always loved you Mick!

We met way back in 1975 with the BEST KISS I've ever had!! Please Rest in Peace!!

Can't wait till we meet again!

    Love

    Michelle in Mich. :)

  • Just come across these vids. Tears have started already.Even in the stardust days when I was a complete Bowie freak Mick was my favourite. Thanks for bringing back so many memories

  • you got me crying, great comment spyexflony

  • Mick Ronson. Why couldn't have ever met you? Personally I like him better than david bowie. But, thats just me. This song is personally best song ever done. I really can't think any other that is better. I never got to met you. But, I know I won't forget how beautiful the music you create. Until tomorrow. I'll say goodbye.

  • i light a candle for you mick every sunday. Underrated then and now, bowie was never the same after he disbanded the spiders. Ta for thje posting . Good to know we keep his memory and talent in the public eye.

  • dennyyou is right, totally underrated ..... ronno was and is one of the greatest guitarists, musicians, producers and so much more....... and this song brings back so many memories..... luv ya mick

  • This is for you......

  • Loved this LP since I first bought it! Mick Ronson was by far the most underratted and unnappreciated guitarist of his time. We are lucky to have his works recorded. I have taken in every note on every track of this album, and since the mid 70's, have never grown tired of it. Nope! AND NEVER WILL! Love, and miss you terribly, Mick!

  • thanks for that

i think more people miss him than he could have known.

    a real unsung hero.

  • and thanks to you, Julie. It's nice to know there are others (many more than we are aware of) that appreciate and miss Mick.

  • er my names not julie, julie and eskimo are names of boats i used to own, easy mistake to make though, ( i am a guy )

  • @DennyYou takes me back to hot summers and hot girlfriends and a different time when I thought it couldn't get any better and I would be young forever, I still get shivers down my back when I hear Mick Ronson , brings back fantastic memories, Cheers Mick

  • @DennyYou ITS BY FAR A GREAT CLASSIC LP

  • Love the Am/Em (with bass) shift nicked from Space Oddity right at the beginning. Also, I'm pretty sure that this is the Spiders From Mars with Mike Garson doing the backing, so is this another Bowie out-take that Ronno used (I can't see DB doing this style at that time, though)? Garsons piano is, as usual, superb.

  • one of my favorite tracks, his music lives on x

  • Miss you, Ronno. You were a one off.

  • A great album (Play don't worry), vastly underrated. Check out Billy Porter from the same album.

    Top Banana!

  • i have to agree . sadly i think others could do better justice at making a video for it than i can,

  • hon you bothered to post it. the audio is a good one better than lots on here good job thank you for posting. I love Mick Ronson.

  • @eskimojulie Sometimes just the beautiful music is perfect....this is one of those cases!!! Thank you for putting this out there!!!

  • one of the best love songs ever
