guys you can't say he doesn't know anything about ska drumming, there is 3 different waves of ska, he is obviously third wave which is SKA/PUNK which is like PUNK Drumming, it doesn't have to be reagge beat, back beat and calm to be SKA drumming ;) this sounds good, bad quality and sure he could be a bit more creative on the drums but it's still SKA ^^

I think the secret to ska drums is that you need to play with "groove" It's hard to explain but it means lots of syncopation and be laid back, not in your face like this drummer, sometimes less is more
