This is the most shocking animal abuse footage i've ever seen. I just don't get it. And you say she was at home? They slept every night yards away from this poor hungry hound. It sickens me. I've rehomed a few greyhounds from the uk who I thought were unlucky. But hey nothing beats this!! Wish I had loads of money and space. But even that won't stop this disgusting abuse. What an amazing and beautiful dog. They don't know how lucky they were. How very very Sad.
I couldn't stop the dams breaking. I cried my eyes out for several mins after watching. I watched all the videos in order then I discovered this one. I was so happy she was making a slow but good recovery and then she passed. My cat passed away a few years back and I still cry at night. Its so terrible that omeone would have the heart to do that, to abuse a poor and helpless ltlle soul! It's so sad that someone would do that. Im so sorry and I hope you all have great memories of her. God Bless!
Oh my God, which are for hybrids. It does in such a way suffering that to me the mouse it did not create. I have 3 Galgos I saw rare however such a thing. I hope these ekeligen creatures sometime God fair punishment experience as a ruler over life and death regard myself.
i saved a cat in this kind of condition once. seeing gisela makes me cry. and angry. i really hope the people that are responsible are prosicuted to the fullest extent of the law, and i wish there were a more... fitting way to show them the suffering they put her through. an eye for an eye, as it were.

Unfortunately Gisela had to go to a veterinery hospital last night. They did another Leishmania test and it was positive. She will commence treatment for that today but will also have to stay in intensive care for at least 4 days so they can monitor the condition of her liver and pancreas which have suffered a lot of damage, whether through starvation or being given too much food in the shelter we took her from. We have to hope she will eat on her own by Monday. A difficult weekend ahead. Gail

Tomorrow i will going back to Spain to work at the paws-patas shelter again as a volunteer, maybe when i have my day off i can visit noachs arc if it's not to far away.

This morning just to add to her list of problems she was diagnosed with kennel cough! Because of her fragile condition we had to get the vet out and commence antibiotics. Happily we think this will not kill her. She was very weak and lethargic this morning but has perked up a little this afternoon.
It's always appauling to see what humans do to these sentient creatures. Until the laws become more strict, people will think this is ok and that is just wrong. Thankyou Noahsark for saving another lost soul. Without you, where would they be.
