@igorfranklin83 The paper had the Japanese symbols that spell out "Ba-ka" which is the Japanese word for "Stupid" so Chiyo-Chan had to borrow someone stupid and she choose Tomo, because Tomo gave the dumbest reply of "You want me to take off my bloomers?" so that is why Chiyo-Chan chose her.

I know that 'yakuniku' means Japanese barbeque (specifically grilled meats), but I've heard from my Japanese friends that in Japan, it's still considered Korean cuisine. Sorry about my phrasing in the previous comment.

I don't quite understand what the point of watching those videos were, but I'm not stating that certain cultural things such as food only belong to one country like Japan or Korea or that they're being 'stolen' or whatever.

My friend (from Japan) is a foreign student at my university, and she teaches basic Japanese lessons, and during one lesson about food, she mentioned 'yakiniku' and she said it came from Korea. I'm simply repeating what she said.
