@mikethesmooth Madame Medusa was a villain. She tried to force a little girl down a hole, and wouldn't let her out until she brought a diamond, even if it meant the tide coming in and drowning her...she had no superpowers. I could name a bunch of other disney villans who were just as mean as them such as McLeah and Captain Hook, and Cruella DeVill, etc.

But they all had an intent on killing someone or doing something really physically damaging. Mcleah wanted to kill the eagle AND the boy, Captain Hook = Peter Pan and lost boys and Cruella Devill = Puppies.

Madame Medusa was just a bitch stepmom and I'm sure her character can reflect a stepmom whos like that somewhere in the world. But in terms of being a villain (or villainess), ok she may be but shes probably at the very bottom of the list.
