If memory serves this track is indeed off of Upside/Downside and is unique in that it was not recorded as part of that session or performed by the same lineup, (Stern, Berg, Forman, Egan, Weckl, Gibbs.) If you listen to the album in it's entirety you'll hear the reduced recording quality of this track. I heard that this was done before Stern got clean. It's Mike, Jaco, Berg and Steve Jordan. It's funky, nasty and fabulous. The rest of the record is great too; an amazing debut as a leader.

Nice video, but this song is not from Old York. It's from Mike Stern's album "Upside Downside" which was released in 1986.
