Definitely a very good counterpart for the PC players. I know there's a driving sim out there that is more realistic, but GRID offers a very good racing experience that's easily accessible to novice players.

Also, it's fucking pretty on the PC maxed out.

Grid 2 is going to be something really special. Grid is probs the best racing game on 360, and look Im not a PS3 hater but its waayy more fun than GT5 prologue. In grid you really feel like you are driving a heavy moving car that is connected to the road by its tires. In sims like GT5 and forza the cars feel like lumps of soap? Why is that? Driving in grid is much more similar to driving in real life compared to the other two aforementioned sims.

awesome i can sit and play the demo for hours :D i like the fact that when you put the pedal to the metal the car doesnt the same! sometimes i accidentally spin out of control cuz of it lol. most other races if you try that.... car will start off slowly and barely spin... seriously u drive a car and you mash the gas it feel like its gonna jerk the damn rear end right out from under it :D the AI can piss me off easy tho...

what you do is when entering a race,

take of traction control and put the car in manual,and drive around in 3rd gear

there are 2 ways of drifting:-

first way is to slow to car down but dont stop turn the car round the corner with full throtle and opposite lock,second way is to go round the corner pressing the hand brake button and use throtle and oppostie lock, once you get the car drifting it just a matter of controling it,

Amzing graphics, but only one MAJOR MAJOR PROBLEM. I had to format reinstall and lost my saved games, now i have to race for days on end to unlock the cars and tracks, time that i dont have and im actually a bit bored of the beginner races and cars. Saw the Ferrari in the vid(There were supposed to be 2).It's deleted and CM forgot to fix the achievement/trophy.the Ferraris were deleted due 1st party rights.

This is awesome! Notice how the cars racing change at the different parts of the world(i.e. in the USA they have Camaros, mustangs, and vipers; in Japan they have their Nissan and toyota tuners; and in the UK they've got ferraris, porsches, and astons). Pretty cool. And the differen locations they race at(i.e. in the USA, it's on a closed off street; in Japan it's on some empty lot in downtown Tokyo; and in the UK it's on a "proper" race track).
