I am pretty certain the the Athabaskan people are related, in fact I think the language is so close Dineh and Athabaskan can speak to one another. Not sure about we Tlingit.
@ubloom3 Yea, Ive done research on the Na-Dene Language group back in college. The numbers 1 - 10 sound similiar between Navajo and Tlingit. Yes, there are a few words that sound the same. Others words are used differently, I guess how the languages evolved, such as Denaki - "moose" for u guys right? In Navajo, that means "two horns". Just a thought. :)
