no it doesn't man. there's only an animation of a blood cloud (1:25 ), but that's it. there's no residue except the serveral bloodstains where he shot it and it splattered on the wall (1:28 ).

if you ever spawned like a couple witches in a room and startled them... then you'd see what i mean. blood will be spattered on ever inch of the walls (as in plural)
