it's foolish to think working out earlier will benefit you. it's much better to get a good nights rest (10pm -> 8am) and then wake up, eat and head to the gym an hour after eating.

Or better yet, 10pm -> 6am. Studies show that the higher concentration of oxygen in the morning (before 8) helps fuel a better workout. Nobody needs more than 8 hours of sleep a day.
