Idk, but my guess is the following

Guitar with NECK/RHYTHM Humbucker Pickup

Distortion (diun, don't now though)

Some type o Flanger, idk

Either Delay (If so, just notes repeat once or twice really silently) or Moderate Reverb.

And, if you don't have a Humbucker in ur neck pickup, use the Humbucker in the Bridge pickup, if u have no humbuckers, then position don't matter.

That's all my guess lol
