why is there 319 on the fast line and not the slow ?

@LJJ23ARSRUL If I can remember correctly when I filmed it, was a Sunday and there engineering work on the slow lines

@GreatRailwayJourneys oh right and dose the class 319 use the fast line on normal services aswell
@LJJ23ARSRUL I havent been on the Midland line for a while, but from what I can remember some still use the fast lines on some services such as Bedford and the South Coast via the City.
